Our secret obsession with all things Vampire related has us chomping at the bit to see the new Twilight film….luckily its the preview tonight [insert girly teenage shriek here].

YSL thorn bangles, genius!

If press days taught us anything, its that we need to start investing is statement bags. Clockwise from top left: Chanel’s crazy ‘needle in a haystack’ quilted bags, Latina lace details by Versace, D&G’s homage to the Western and Holly Fulton’s Swarovski embellished Manhattan masterpiece.

If you missed the beautiful Brian Duffy exhibition at the Chris Beetles Gallery, including his images of a young Grace Coddington (bottom left) and Jean Shrimpton (right) the images are now online and definitely worth a looksy.

Thanks to the guys at Going Green we had a G Wiz to save our aching limbs from the relentless press day schedule. We will be updating the blog with all our adventures with Mr Wizzle over the past week….watch this space.
Westwood press day and the Gold label collection is, as always just amazing to see up close! We especially loved the new heart shaped bag and day of the dead jewellery. Always nice to see Ania too and have a gossip.

The most amazing selection of goodies at Harvey Nichols press day. Too many incredible designers to mention and can’t wait until it all hits the shop floor!
Just a few pieces we were head over heels with (clockwise from top left):
Christopher Kane mens t-shirt is just far too pretty for boys only
Roksanda Ilincic swimsuit so hot
Rodarte shoes with amazing metal detail
Lara Bohinc shoes with gorgeous hooks
Quentin Mackay bag with amazing claw handles
Alejandro Ingelmo shoes serious come-fuck-me boots
McQueen dress
Giles sunglasses

Halloween is our favourite day of the year round TANK and after much deliberation all the costumes finally pulled together in time for the amazing Browns Focus party last night.
Check out the pics of our fashion editor Chloe as 60’s zombie tottie with amazing make up by Georgina Graham.
And if you want to learn how to do Pandora’s Day of the Dead make up here’s the how to (we promise if she can do it you can too!):
1.Outline hollow eye shapes using white eye liner pencil from MAC.
2. Paint face white using MAC pro Chromacake in white mixed with
a little water. Best done with a foundation brush and perfected with a make up sponge.
3. Using a fine brush and MAC Pro Chromacake in black outline the hollow eye shapes. Now draw a spade on the nose, flower on the chin and jaw line.
4. Fill in flower and eyes using MAC Pro chromacake in landscape green and red.
4. Using a piece of paper as a guide begin drawing spider web lines on the head. Shade in detail with MAC eyeshadow in Carbon on the web, eyes and cheek bones.
5. Line eys with MAC kohl liner, apply mascara and customise with crystals. End with MAC Pro finishing powder in invisible.
Click here for a video how to.
Finally a HUGE thank you to MAC for all of the products used and to Brown’s for a fantastic night!!

After such an amazing catwalk show Alexander McQueen’s new season collection didn’t disappoint up close. Truly incredible prints with little rusted metal button details and most notably those shoes. Plus a little nod to MJ.
